Terrible service from a big service provider like TELKOM

I have been made a fool by Telkom consultant Ridwaan since November 2022. I enquired about changing the service provider to Telkom and have been promised calls and assistance for the past 5 months I even asked that I please be put in touch with another consultant but nothing I need wifi and now I am thinking twice about even using Telkom.

Hopefully this will draw attention and I can atleast get some sort of assistance.

The person I was dealing withs number is ***. Calling the Telkom line doesnt even go through.
