Terrible service for Telkom Home fiber service

This business deserves a 0 for the dismal service in have received during attempting to sign up for a home fiber service. Telkom has botched the administration of my order 3 times and keeping waiting for nearly a month to complete my installation. They are unwilling to commit to a timeframe to rectify the situation and call centre agents are apathetic and not interested in resolving the situation either.
