Terrible service for 6 months!!

I have taken a contract at City View Telkom it was a Asus tab7 after 2months the device was not charging so took it to the store after a few months the device was still not repaired after 4 months I ask them to do a cancellation providing that I don't pay for any penalties and that they must reimburse me for the months that they we're debuting out of my Account. So the sales lady Lynette Maystrie said it will be sorted out. Now its gone 6 months and there is no follow up on my case and I am still paying for the device that I don't have.
