Terrible service

The service at Telkom has really gone to the dogs. It's been over a week where I am unable to purchase or date using my bank app. I logged a call with them and still today nothing. My bank confirmed there is a error on Telkom side. This is really unacceptable looks like they don't want my business. I called on 3 occasions asking when will it be resolved and all I got was they are working on it. I asked to speak to a manager and was advised its not possible. Then I asked for the CEO I got referred back into the line.
