Terrible service

Terrible service please advise why I can no longer buy free me data, I use to be able to buy with no problem from my banking app. I went to a Telkom store and the staff could not assist me, the call center is even more useless. It is clear staff do not know what's happening

I have sent Instagram and face book messages , what a waste of time as a person is just ignored
