Terrible Service!!!!

Telkom has been debiting me highly inflated incorrect amounts and when you reverse the payment, they'll add rejection fees to it, despite it being a fault on their side. I have 3 products with them, which amounts to about just under R700. In June they debited me thrice, R600, R700 and R400. These amounts made no sense. The following month I was debited twice R1100 and R1200 and when you try and call them, their agents sound like they have no clue what's up. Terrible!!!!
