Terrible service

Terrible service from Telkom we ordered one phone and Renewed one phone so the one phone is on its way 24/11/2020 but to the wrong address my pregnant wife now needs to go and collect the phone form Courierit before she goes in next week.

The other order the upgrade is never placed and we had to redo it now after 2 weeks of waiting
