Terrible Service

I decided to move over to Telkom after 15 years with Vodacom because of the good deals at telkom but am now regretting it. I moved over nearly a month ago and the sim swop/number port was not done correctly. When people try calling me, it says the number does not exist. This is super frustrating and I am missing important calls.

I went into the store twice, logged 2 calls and sent 2 mails and no one can help. The staff in store also said they have too much other work to follow up on the issue with me. Have no idea what to do!
