Terrible service ever

My name is Stanley Tsotetsi I live in white city Jabavu Soweto my problem with telkom I log a query last year about no connection in my area then early this year they send a technician to try to fix it but when the guy come in he told me that the tower that am supposed to be connecting to has been vandalized he will make a report so that the team who works with fixing towers can come see it and fix it then he left then 2 days after I receive a call from telkom head Office the guy told me that they can't fix the tower only after 6 month or I can cancel my Contract if I feel like so to me this people from telkom they don't care and they don't want customers and they don't care whether you are happy as customers .I have never had so much terrible service, now I can't even make calls but the are deducting their money in account without making mistake. I can't even get through their call center ,I have 2 Contract with telkom what must I do because am not get any service from them.
