Terrible Service Ever

<p>I app**** for a telkom cellphone contract at mall of Africa from Emelia in June who promised that my application will be attended to, till this day i have not recieved any feedback what so ever. I contacted the telkom helpline and was told to go back to the strore only to find out that Emeila went on leave for 3 weeks and my applicatin expired. I was not told ANYTHING regarding that!!! </p> <p>I then decided to re apply with Omphile at the same store and told me that my application will be attended to asap...Nothing. I then again decided to call telkom and spoke to a lady at the credit rating who asured me that my application has not been dispatched and she has dipatched it at the very same time that i was speaking to her. I called in again this morning and spoke to Leeroy at the credit rating department to question the status of my application and guess what??? My application has not been dispatched. I am fuming with telkom as they have assured me even on my facebook messages that they will get back to from my previous application, nothing has been said. </p> <p>Please help.</p>
