TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have been a Telkom customer for less than 2 months for my home wifi and I already regret it, for the past week I have had little to no wifi connection, I have spent hours on the phone speaking to USE LESS consultants, I WORK FROM HOME and depend on the my wifi, because of this nonsense from Telkom I had to take a mobile router contract from another company in order to do my work, I expect to be compensated for all my losses, when i took the contact the consultant promised the world now its this bull... I expect a call back on *** as soon as u read this
