Terrible Service - DO NOT TAKE CONTRACT WITH TELKOM

The service we are receiving from Telkom is disgusting. We have been trying to get a contract to not be renewd since the beginning of Jan. What they have now done is suspend the number with no hope of assisting. We have called in the call centre and even gone in store and every time the advisors tell us they have cancelled for us. On Sunday we were over debited and today when I husband went in store, he was told that the contract only ends in April. This is appalling service. Don't ever take a contract with Telkom, they have the worst service and no body there knows what they are doing.
