Terrible service delivery from Telkom Mobile

I purchased extra Telkom data that I urgently need over the internet. I paid for it using my credit card and this purchase is indicated on my credit card statement.

After waiting for nearly an hour, I contact Telkom over the internet and chatted to a consultant, who informed me that their systems are not working, and that I will need to wait for 72 hours before my problem will be addressed.
