Terrible Service Delivery

Pathetic service. DSL down since Sunday. Logged a call early Monday. Called them 5 times to enquire when a technician will be sent out. Was told if it is a fault on my side I will be billed R361.00. Consultants are rude and unhelpful. They also drop the xall on yiu and dont even have the decency of calling you back. Reference number: ***3
