Terrible service delivery

Shocking!!! App**** for Fibre 28 Jan 2021. Was told at the Telkom shop it takes 21 days. Since then nothing yet Feb 2021 has already been deducted from my account with Zero Fibre installed. I've called the various 10210 etc etc numbers 21 times already visited the Telkom shop again and gotten exactly nowhere!!! I cannot believe I chose Telkom. Their app is useless. Feels like I'm drowning in uselessness
