Terrible Service Delivery by Telkom

<p>In January 2017 I requested Telkom Business on several times to activate my email address ********** which is used for business purposes. This email is linked to my existing business line ********** . I was given reference number ********** 5, however, no feedback was provided for not activating my email address till to date. As a result I have lost contacts with my clients which has adversely affected my business. I am in despair that my email would ever be activated and Telkom customer service is a disgrace and pathetic.</p>
