Terrible service delivery and customer relations

I am done with Telkom and their pathetic service. I have zero internet at the moment which I reported the fault two days ago. I tried calling the call centre last night and I could hardly hear anything as it seems the staff were having a party. It was way too noisy with people talking. I called again today, and could hear music in the background. This is totally unprofessional on top of no service. I can't handle Telkom and their terrible service anymore. I'm moving on to fibre with another service provider.
