Terrible service delivery

Absolutely ridiculous service!!! My order was apparently cancelled on the 6th but I was sent a message to pay the deposit. I was told it would be escalated. Monday I get a call from a technician and as the day passes I call him back and get told that it was resigned. This is utterly frustrating as your call centre provides no answers. I've been calling in over and over with no avail.
