Terrible Service Delivery
I have been having intermittent connectivity issues with my ADSL line. Several times now I have been stuck without a working internet connection and unable to do my work/research. As a university student studying via correspondence, this is a real pain in the *** and is also detrimental to my future.<br> <br> Besides this, there are many periods where I get maybe 30% of my line's potential (4 Meg line). I have tried to lodge a complaint of a faulty line. I was told that it was \restored"and that everything is fine"
