Terrible Service

I have been struggling with my telkom mobile home wifi for months now. I logged a call in towards the end of January and they have since promised to get a technician to my home to test what the problem is. It is now almost 2 months later and we are in lock down and to date, no technician has ever come to my house. This is after numerous calls to them. Last week i spoke to a lady by the name of Xoliswa Blai in their call center and even she could not help. She told me that her supervisor by the name of Ntuthuko ntuli will call me back to assist. it has been 3 days later, and nobody has call. i am so disappointed in the level of service from Telkom. All they know is to debit my account, but when it comes to providing the service, they are nowhere to be found. This is ********.
