Terrible service!!

We have been trying to cancel our account since October 2021. You try online and it doesn't work. We have tried the cancellation number provided which does not work and finally we went into the store and again, they say they can not cancel the accounts in store. The line was switched off since August and we have had no luck in its cancellation because Telkom are absolutely useless. This is my last resort as I have no clue how else to get help from a useless company!!
