Terrible service continues - AI***

<p>well after my first review on my Telkom issue on hellopeter a week ago I managed to get a response from Telkom at least. But after 2 more technician visits, 2 days wasted sitting at home trying for them to fix it, I still don't have internet. I was given a reference number by the lady who contacted me, not sure what I am suppose to do with it because every call center I call doesn't pick it up. I wonder will I ever have Internet again, I even requested them to cancel the service. Even that they are failing to do. Sigh</p>
