Terrible service, CANCEL MY INSURANCE AND STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT

Can you and Telkom please cancel my insurance and STOp debiting my account. I sent an email on 17 May and after endless emails and phone calls ONLY got confirmation on 11 June that big is cancelled with immediate effect. Please reverse the R640 debit that went off my account today.
