Terrible Service

Ordered a Business line a while ago, happy that the modem and Voip line has been delivered , the problem lies within the process of getting it activated, called numerous call center agents regarding this the last person i spoke to was very rude and said he is not the one that deals with this and rambled on about how they can only escalate it and there is nothing more he can do . Please can someone assist in getting this line activated its extremely frustrating for our customers as well as myself .
