Terrible service

I've been trying to get ahold of this insurance to process my claim for two weeks,I paid the access fee and awaiting for their response to courier the mobile phone to my address,the service is terrible.They keeping me on hold for 2hours and that costs me money, always experiencing high call volume, that is uncalled for,bad business practice.
