Terrible service by telkom mobile

In September 2015 i bought a Samsung galaxy A7 and the premium was R279.. from Feb 2017 till July the premium went up to R580 and when i queried it with telkom, i was told that i had app**** for a R99 service which is called unlimited telkom calls. I requested for the service to be cancelled as i didn't request for it.....only 1 R580 was removed in August, end of September they deducted a premium again....in September on the 6th i mailed a cancellation form to the cancellations depart and up until now they said they haven't received the cancellation form.... and they will bill me end of October. I'm very disappointed with telkom....i'm due for an upgrade now but i will never buy from telkom again...
