Terrible service by telkom

<p>On the 18 April I visited a store at wonder park to apply for a sim swap. To date my sim cards are no t active, yet I still have to pay for my contract while I buy data from other service providers whose sim cards are working. I logged a complain with hellopeter and the team from Telkom responded privately asking me to send them an email with my sim cards which I did, to date my sim cards are not working.</p>
