Terrible service by telkom

We (me &my husband)have app**** for internet in more than a month ago. They called several times telling us that they will come and instal. They (Donald) would call every afternoon to apologize and promising to send a technician. I took leave more than 3 times for them with out any luck.

This afternoon a guy from telkom called telling me that my file is closed but no one signed or written any reason for that. I told him that I am still waiting for them to come as thier promise.. He told me that he will call me back after few minutes as he was gonna investigate and reopen the file again. He did not come back to me. This is the number that they were using to call me 011
