Terrible Service

Worst service ever I recently( July 26th) got a new tablet from Telkom. The whole experience was the worst service I've ever experienced from Telkom. I have been their client for so many years. The device still can't serve the purpose and they had promised me that all is well. I phoned several times, they tried to help over the phone but whatever they told me didn't work. Then I was told to go to a Vodacom store next to theirs to find a technician which I refused as the product was from Telkom. I was then told to go to another mall to look for a technician which I did, ( I had no choice). I was told at another Telkom store that whoever sold me the device didn't even know what they were talking about. I went back to the store where I bought the device from where I was told I need to bring the device and leave it with them for 3hrs of which there are no guarantees that the problem will be sorted. This is impossible as I use this device as my point of sales. I was also told that they can't exchange the device as I have signed a contract for it. I am now stuck with a device that I bought for my small business that doesn't even serve the purpose???
