TERRIBLE SERVICE

This has to be the worst service provider I have ever been with my whole life. Sign up with it if you enjoy having endless headaches and frustration.

I app**** for change of ownership and have paid for it. Received an email saying that everything was complete only for me to go back and be told that it is stuck and hasn’t actually been completed. Mind you this process is supposed to take not more than 4 working days yet I’m here waiting and it’s almost a month.

I recently lost my router and went to apply for a sim swop and have been told that I cannot get any help as they are still having a technical issue FOR A MONTH! How is this any fair???? Yet my debit order is still being deducted for services I am not receiving and I keep on going back to the branch yet same story everyday over something that is supposed to take less than a week.

Not happy at all.
