Terrible service

My experience I have had with telkom has been absolutely **********. Firstly they send me faulty devices which they should have checked before sending to a customer. I eventually cancel one device because they couldn't fix it and they take morw than 5 months to wave off the charges from my account yet the credit memo has been received as well as all the documents they require. It has been such a tidious experience I DO NOT recommended taking out a contract with them at all. Nonsense of a service
