Terrible service at Telkom- the Grovemall

<p>I app**** for two cellphone contracts at Telkom store at the Grove mall on the 1st of February. I was told that the application was successful. However, the have ordered the phones. It has been 9 days and when I made a follow up, they still have not received any handset. This is unacceptable in 2017. At vodacom, when I apply for a cellphone contract, I receive it immediately. If they do not have any handset, it will not take more than 3 days to have the handset ready for collection. Your customer service is terrible.</p>
