Terrible Service At Telkom Shop

<p>I recently bought on the 01 February 2017 a Huawei LTE Mifi router from a Telkom shop in Walmer Park Shopping Centre in Port Elizabeth. The device is always out of network coverage when ever I am out of town. I took the device to one of their stores in Greenacress shopping centre (15 February 2017) I was told to take the device where I bought it back. I went to Telkom shop in Walmer park on the 16 February 2017. I was told that they cannot assist me. I want my money back as no one told I needed to return the device with 7 days if not satisfied. On their till slip there is nothing written that I should return the item within 7 day. Please pay back my money even the president did pay his bill.</p>
