Terrible service at Telkom Galleria

Service at Telkom Galleria is terrible, there is no host to direct you or assist you with quick questions, you actually have to stand in a line to get to a consultant for a minimum of an hour. The consultants have no urgency therefore many customers leave the line to go to a different store. Consultants don't even know what stock of devices they have available, only after you wait for an hour, do they let you know that there is no stock. Telkom, please review your customer service/ sales operations at the Galleria branch!
