Terrible service at telkom

I have been trying to get a land-line for 6 months I have been to 4 different stores (Cresta, Cresta direct, Rosebank, ****arney) with no one able to help. I have called the call center with also no one able to help. I had all about given up till a gentleman showed up at my door promoting a land-line package. He promised to call and follow up with the contract. He called to say he will investigate the matter and a week later I have heard nothing. The service at telkom is below poor. The people working for telkom are no helpful this includes managers.
