Terrible service at telkom

<p>I purchased an Huawei P8 lite from a telkom mobile store on the 01/03/2016 on contract ,after using the phone for six months i noticed that the phone has started bending .I had then booked in the phone on the 08/10/2016 for repairs at the store which the phone was purchased and the phone is still under warranty however i was notified that the phone has been deemed out of warranty and the cost of the repair is R3328,99 ,the repairs were supposed to be covered as the phone is under warranty </p>
