Terrible service at telkom

<p>I have been attempting to get through to someone that can help me for days now to telkom in order to get a new ADSL line installed at my new offices. there is always no answer or, when there is an answer my call is passed around from agent to agent all of which have an unresponsive attitude towards me (the client and potential customer) and this is before they have even understood what it is that I require. They even go as far as to talk in the background saying things like "I dont know what this person wants please deal with him" etc. </p>
