Terrible service at Mall@Reds

Good Day, Firstly i would like to tell you that your store in Mall@Reds give the worst service i have ever experienced. I have a Vodacom and Cell C contract and a Data contract with Telkom. My contract with you guys is up for upgrade. I went online and app**** for your black Friday deal of R199 for 20 gig + 20 gig and a mobile let router. I than get a message from you guys to call your call centre. I call the call centre and wait on hold for 1 hour with no one picking up the phone. i than go in your store and explain this too them and no one would help and their attitude is even worse, a month ago when I lost my telkom card I did a sim swap with my ID and then now you staff insist that i need my proof of residence when I requested a nano sim. I do not want to deal with staff like you have, i have a cancellation form which I will complete and send to you should i receive no joy.
