TERRIBLE SERVICE AS USUAL!!!!

I have been trying for over a month now to get a Paid-up Letter from Telkom. I app**** for a home loan and put in an Offer to Purchase for a house but the entire process has been put on hold only because of a default of R180 from Telkom. I cancelled my contract due to the terrible service I received and still afterwards I have to endure the pain of having to deal with them. Are there anyone at Telkom that actually perform their duties? I am now faced with loosing the house I put an offer in for and that only because of Telkom!!
