Terrible service and Technicians unable to solve problem

Terrible services and *********** technicians. I have slow internet speed - well below the line speed I pay for. After Telkoms - change from copper to wireless - I have had endless problems with my line and internet. After calling the call Center several times - without help I am frustrated. Ref number- ***
