Terrible service and refusing to cancel my contract

Absolutely terrible service. I have been trying to cancel for months but their billing department does not allocate payments and every time I try to cancel they hang up on me. I just keep being billed. Its a big black hole that you throw money in and zero accountability nor anyone willing to help. Its been 3 months of trying so now reverting to Hello Peter.
