TERRIBLE SERVICE AND POOR COMMUNICATION!!!

I initially placed an order for a MacBook pro online on the 2nd of October 2018, but only to follow up on my order that it was not processed. I then placed a telephonic order on the 5th of October 2018. The order was captured and the debit order was processed. I then kept on following up each week on the order. To be told that the Macbook pro's are out of stock and that they do not know when stock will come in. So, why was there no communication upfront about the out of stock situation? I urgently need this MacBook for work and nobody can seem to resolve this situation. I spoke to someone at the call centre today and I was told that there is stock and that I should receive delivery today or tomorrow, yet the reference number they gave me for the courier has no tracking number. I have received no communication, tracking number etc, yet the money was deducted from my account. Please deliver my device ASAP, as I am unable to conduct my work and meet with clients!
