Terrible service and plain *******

I am so frustrated with the service I have been receiving. My house is sitting without internet for over a week. I've tried calling every day to be put on hold and speak to agents who are not helpful. I'm paying and not getting any internet this is ******* and I am very upset that no one is able to help me.
