Terrible service and network issues

Every single day at 1pm my internet cuts out for at 2 to 4 hours. I run a business from home and this drastically affects orders and response times. Get someone to contact me or speaking to someone who knows what is going on is a mission. There are only so many times you can reset or restart your device before you realized it is not the device but the network which no one seems to be able to help with. Wish there were better ISP in SA.
