Terrible service and mistrepresentation from TELKOM N1 CITY BRANCH CAPE TOWN

I recently moved from Vodacom to TELKOM and I have had the most terrible experience. I was misinformed by the agent taking out my contract at the N1 City Branch Cape town. Just terrible, I raised an issue with reference number ********** and have still not gotten what I signed for in my contract deal which is less than two weeks old.

This is a misrepresentation and by consumer rights, I will call you out, I have every right to call your terrible service out and even cancel this contract with not a cent paid to Telkom. I have followed the complaint escalation if this process does not work I will escalate to the ombudsman and make every known associate of mind known of what I am currently experiencing.
