Terrible service and follow up

A telkom pole fell over onto my boundary wall and is now damaging my property. This is an active telkom pole with a connected line, however after numerous times calling telkom and emailing them, they do not seem to be interested. This company is actually one of the worst I've dealt with, there is a second pole in my property which belongs to telkom and has also fallen over, but they have done nothing about that either.
