Terrible service and false advertising!!!! Green Acres Mall Port Elizabeth

Andrew</p> <p>We went to Green Acres Mall to take out a contract for wireless internet, THE BIG DEAL (this is what they call it)Uncapped special R799 per month with free installation, free wifi range extender, free wifi enabled modem - FREE INSTALLATION ?? this was during the first week of January. my daugter is a student so we explained in the shop that we will give all our credentials copy of ID etc seeing that we live 800km from PE so that when they install she would not need anything on her as we will be back home already. to date, nothing has been done. they are out of stock, but when they received stock we were contacted just to be informed we must pick up the modem at telkom Green Acres and install in ourselves. When i asked why do you advertise free installation .. and now turn around after we signed contract and we must do it ourselves, we are told it is because there was no stock. Neither Keanu nor Andrew is retuning our calls, debit order is running - but NO service!!!! this is ******** behaviour!! </p>
