TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

My name is khanyi. What was supposed to b a surprise from my husband turned into my worst nightmare, thanks to telkom! 1st da ordered c/phone was delivered @ the INCORRECT address! It got worse when we finally got the goods only to find out its not registered/activated/ rica!! Call centre agents are totally unprofessional they don't knw da meaning of customer service! We were transferred from one dept to another and still got no HELP! It was my 1st time experiencing such BAD service ever in my life. We went to lakeside mall in benoni they agents there couldn't do anything!!! I ask myslf what must it take to get a phone activated or to rica!!! The service is terrible I don't want to ever experience that again that's why my husband opted to cancel the contract and the agents were gladly to help with that which is very odd!!!!
