Terrible service and don't deserve any star.

<p>I have been for the past three months trying to get Telkom Business in Nelspruit to install my telephone services and wifi. Till to date the services have not been fully installed despite the fact that they are deducting money from my account for services that I don't have. I have now opened my business and have suffered severe losses due to the failure of Telkom business to install our services that they are charging us for. I have unsuccessfully been in their office, spoken and text my sales agent who promise to come back to you and never does. Spoken to their manager who promised to resolve my issue and has since resigned. I am afraid that the business model will fail because of Telkom and that we won't be able to meet our monthly target since our business relies on intense and the telephone. Till to date no one is helping at Telkom business in Nelspruit </p>
