Terrible Service and Dishonesty at Telkom Ferndale Branch

Complaint: I went to Telkom Ferndale for a SIM swap and specifically requested an eSIM. Kgothatso Pooe convinced me to use a normal SIM, and now my number has been inactive for three days. Every time I follow up, I’m told “it’ll be fine,” but nothing changes. She claims she doesn’t know IT’s number, and when I asked for a refund or cancellation, she said she can’t. This is incredibly frustrating, dishonest, and unacceptable. I’ve had no service for days — can Telkom management please intervene and fix this urgently?
